Last month, Amazon officially announced the dates for its Prime Big Deal Days, the Amazon Prime Day-esque event that’s kicking off very, very soon.

Cutting right to the chase, the event is next week, and will run from Tuesday, Oct. 10 to Wednesday, Oct. 11. The reason for another fully fledged Amazon event this year? It’s an organized effort to provide loyal Amazon Prime members with another opportunity to tend to their holiday shopping early (and, we’re all about this, too, as we’ve already put together a catalog of gift guides to peruse).

According to the official Amazon press release extended on Sept. 18, “Prime members will have access to deep discounts across a wide selection of products for 48 hours straight,” with new deals dropping “as often as every five minutes during select periods throughout the event.”

Though we don’t know the products that will be on sale as of just yet, we can expect the usual suspects (if we had to bet our hard-earned savings, we’d recommend keeping an eye out for Crest 3D Whitestrips, the LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask and the 23andMe Health + Ancestry Service, especially).

You’ll also want to stay tuned for Amazon exclusive PAW Patrol deals (related: the hottest toys of 2023, per trend experts), as well as deals from Amazon’s Holiday Shop and Prime Video.

What’s more, Amazon is encouraging shoppers to take advantage of its new shopping benefit, Buy with Prime, allowing Prime members to save up to 75% off participating brands beyond Amazon when they check out with this new service.
